of crushing and baling machine 1. Always check whether the fasteners of the crushing and baling machine are loose and tightened.
2. Strengthen the maintenance of the bearing seat, coupling and transmission box of the crushing and baler, and regularly fill or replace lubricating oil and grease in the crushing and baler.
3. The cutting gap should be reasonably adjusted according to the thickness of the crop stalk to ensure the normal operation of the crushing and baling machine.
4. When the crushing and baling machine finds that the cutting edge of the DAO piece is blunt, the oil stone should be used to sharpen the moving DAO piece.
5. After the completion of each shift, the debris in the machine should be removed, and the repair and maintenance of the working parts should be coated with anti-rust oil and placed in a ventilated and dry place indoors.
